Return Policy Update
Returns are only applicable in the case of a defective product being received.
Defective Products Only
Returns are exclusively accepted for products that arrive defective. General returns or exchanges for unwanted or misordered items are not permitted.
10-Day Window
Defective products must be reported to our support team within 10 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this window will not be processed.
Full Refund Conditions
A 100% refund or replacement will be initiated upon successful verification of the manufacturing defect or transit damage by our support team.
Refund Mode & Timeline
Refunds are processed securely via NEFT or online gateway back to the source account. NEFT transfers take 3-5 working days; online gateway reversals take 8-10 business days.
